I cannot say enough about the staff on site and in the office from Downey. Always professional and courteous. I have used them for 10 years and during this time we have used them to do every aspect they offer – plumbing work and repairs, electrical, and installation of water heater, furnace, and gas generator. I would not use anyone else, and I have never had a bad apple in the bunch visit our home. They are wonderful. And oh those booties! I love they take the time to put those on – it's a little thing, but impressive the service team takes that much care when entering your home. I can't say enough about Downey – love them all!”

“Started with a small electrical issue in the house. Travis was very helpful in communicating what happened and how he was fixing it. He also explained why it's so important to have a dedicated line for electrical heaters if you are going to use them, even if they've been fine on a shared circuit so far. I'm so glad he took the time to explain this to me because we had a few others in our house that could have caused the same problem. A few weeks later we had Josh and Luke out to get those new lines run. They did a great job with the installation. They made sure I was happy with the plan as it went along, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why, asking me for any preferences along the way. They cleaned up any messes and walked me through each of the outlets and how to maintain the circuits when they were done. I will absolutely be using Downey again, not just for electrical.
