“We called late Friday afternoon, and Downey saved us the weekend rate by coming first thing on Monday. Determining we needed to replace our 22-year-old AC unit (which we expected), they returned first thing on Tuesday and had the replacement working by 2:30PM and everything all cleaned up by 3 or 3:30. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire process. Communications went great, Kerry was a wealth of knowledge and set me up with an excellent system. The installers: Chad, Ella, and Jonas were right on time and could not have been more friendly, courteous, and professional. Everything was well organized and went very smooth and by 3:30 on a very hot & humid day we had cold air coming out. They all returned the next day to finish the furnace setup and were all done by noon. All my questions were answered, they explained what I needed to know on the new system and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the removal of the old system and the new installation. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. 5 stars wasn't enough!”
