“We had two service staff on site simultaneously this week to address the yearly service on both our air conditioner and and our automatic gas powered generator. I cannot say enough about the staff on site and in the office from Downey. Always professional and courteous. I have used them for 10 years and during this time we have used them to do every aspect they offer – plumbing work and repairs, electrical, and installation of water heater, furnace, and gas generator. I would not use anyone else, and I have never had a bad apple in the bunch visit our home. They are wonderful. And oh those booties! I love they take the time to put those on – it's a little thing, but impressive the service team takes that much care when entering your home. I can't say enough about Downey – love them all!”
