“We have used Downey for several installations for various projects. They installed a tankless hot water heater; humidifier on the furnace, a Trane air conditioner; sump pumps with a backup system and do twice a year checkup services. We knew we were going to need a new furnace so on the Spring checkup we talked to our technician, Ella, about gathering information for us on the installation of a new furnace. She researched it with the team at Downey and called us with our options.
We chose a Trane furnace and this week, Ella and Chad worked as a team to remove our old furnace and install the new one. They did a thorough job on both the removal of the old furnace and installation of our new furnace. They also installed a new thermostat and a sensor in another area of our home so the system keeps continual and consistent heating and cooling. As always they leave the areas they have worked in cleaned up with all debris removed.
