“We called late Friday afternoon, and Downey saved us the weekend rate by coming first thing on Monday. Determining we needed to replace our 22-year-old AC unit (which we expected), they returned first thing on Tuesday and had the replacement working by 2:30PM and everything all cleaned up by 3 or 3:30. Everyone friendly and efficient. Great service.”
