“We had a tenants furnace quit at night and called Downey PHCE first thing the next morning. Dave and Bryce were the men that came to fix the furnace. They fixed it and were polite and very efficient. Unfortunately the furnace went out again and it was determined that it needed replaced. It was scheduled for the next business day Lance and Cody were the men that they sent and once again very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this company and use them again in the future.”
