He also explained why it's so important to have a dedicated line for electrical heaters if you are going to use them, even if they've been fine on a shared circuit so far. I'm so glad he took the time to explain this to me because we had a few others in our house that could have caused the same problem. A few weeks later we had Josh and Luke out to get those new lines run. They did a great job with the installation. They made sure I was happy with the plan as it went along, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why, asking me for any preferences along the way.
